1. Description of Service

Love Coins is a digital platform that enables users to engage in paid, real-time conversational experiences with real human companions (“Companions”). The service may begin with a trial interaction via WhatsApp and then transition to a private, secure web-based platform. Love Coins provides communication-based entertainment services only and does not offer adult services, dating guarantees, or relationship commitments.

2. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide a valid and verifiable phone number to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities performed under your account are deemed to be carried out by you.
• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. The “Love Coins” System

• Love Coins are virtual tokens used exclusively within the platform to pay for conversations.
• Each conversational cycle (your message and the Companion’s reply) deducts one Love Coin unless specified otherwise.
• Love Coins have no monetary value outside the platform.
• Love Coins are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• All purchases are final and classified as digital goods.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse Companions or other users.
• Share illegal, obscene, hateful, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Engage in unsolicited commercial messaging or spamming.
• Request personal contact details from Companions or engage in stalking or doxxing.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, disrupt service, or breach security protocols.
• Violate any applicable laws, including India’s Information Technology Act, 2000, and global data protection norms.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

5. Payment Terms

• You agree to pay all applicable fees for purchasing Love Coins.
• Payments are securely processed through verified third-party payment providers, including UPI.
• We are not responsible for errors, failures, or delays caused by any payment provider.
• You must provide accurate and valid payment information.
• Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, software, and platform materials are the exclusive property of Love Coins and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or reliability.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Coins disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, abuse, or any activity that jeopardizes the safety or integrity of the platform. Remaining Love Coins may be forfeited unless a refund is legally required.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, as well as internationally recognized digital commerce and consumer protection standards. For Indian users, legal jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with the courts of [India]. International users may also be protected by their local consumer rights laws.
